PIP Printing & Marketing opened its sign division, PIP Signworks, in 2011. We invested $100,000 in new sign-making equipment. The production capability of this new arm centers on two key pieces of digital production equipment.
The HP Scitex FB 500 Flatbed Printer
With the ability to print directly on a rigid eight feet by four feet sheet, PIP now ignores the need to print on vinyl or paper and then apply it to a rigid surface for indoor and outdoor signs. Its UV Inks are cured by UV light, just like your dental fillings, so the image adheres to almost everything. We have even printed on ceramic tile.
No more peeling vinyl! Even if you just want a simple coroplast yard sign, the photographic quality will blow you away, making all your sales and marketing and communications products look incredible!
- Coroplast Yard Signs
- Real Estate
- Commercial Property Signs
The HP L25500 Latex 60″ Roll Feed Printer
Matched to its big brother, the HP L25500 uses new latex inks, which represents a new level of versatility and has the advantage of being greener than anything like it.
Its water based latex ink does not require hazard warning labels like solvent inks or a special ventilation, and it is certified for use in schools.
Its quality matches the HP Scitex; and so your banners have never looked better!
It gives us the ability to also print on a wide range of fabrics, banner materials, vinyl, backlit film and even wallpaper. With the least expensive ink in its class, you can’t beat its value!
- Mesh Banners
- Adhesive Vinyl
- Car Wraps
- Trade Show Displays
- Backlit Signs
No matter what the size of your project, PIP Printing & Marketing can help you get it done for the best value and quality and fastest turnaround time. Who says you can’t have it all?
